I understand the language issue. Back in the years I also helped with my own translation for Portuguese and I'm not asking the developers to do otherwise. This is why the community exist.
to help each other.
But the issue is something else then just language.
I did the same test Landyphill did: removed all files from my /languages/portuguese/*.* copy over based on /languages/english/*.* same results.
so I copy back the portuguese now, and still the same.
Could be something else, that only happens with forums that have other language then English? (but not related with the /languages/*.* folders) ?
