The fix, for the time being:

public_show_email.pl line 95 is:
<input type="hidden" name="un" value="$in{ToWhom}" />

Change name="un" to name="ToWhom"

This fix did not work. I made this change, cleared cache, tried the email form to a known good profile, and got the following error:

"We cannot open the user profile. The user profile number is not in a proper format.

» Please use your browser's back button to return."
