I can relate to Ian's frustrations; I don't think he's putting the *blame* (if there is any blame to be assigned) on Rick. Ian's just voicing his frustration--and the *face* we all know is Rick's.
I find it perplexing, too, that it's taken almost a month for the documentation to come out. To me, once Rick had the software ready to go, it should've become priority #1 by those responsible.
I'm going to be going away for the weekend. It'd be a nice surprise to come back to the beta release.
