Right, but it's not working. I'm real angry right now.
We got an email from them saying they are migrating servers, but not to expect much, if any, problems. That was the weekend we went to the Grand Canyon. While we were away, the site was down for an entire day.
Since then, all our CGI scripts aren't working because they decided to move our bin. Post variables on php pages aren't working. The server time is off by an hour, and our chat room isn't working.
They told us in the original email, that the server address wouldn't change, but it did. We don't dare change the server address for the forums, because of the post variables - they aren't working on all the php pages the we did change to the new server address.
To add insult to injury, they really don't seem to care.
Can anyone tell me about the hosting company that Josh (JoshPet) works for now? It has a great rep, right?
We're ready to move on - we've had enough of their prices and database size limits anyway.
Sorry, it's been frustrating.
