Looking at popular topics options a little more. All the other post islands and Portal news items you select what forums to include. Why is popular topics bass ackwards( Texas Term)"Select what to exclude"?
Rick probably hypothesized that people would want to include more than exclude. Much along the same lines as listing the cars I have owned instead of listing all of the cars I have not owned.
