Hey guys, I wondered if you could answer a question for me.
Our hosting company recently migrated all their servers, and left our website in a shambles.
Among other things, they moved our CGI bin above the root, and none of our CGI scripts are working. I guess we'll figure it out, but my question is, should a CGI bin be above or below the root?
