Well the cache builders folder will build cache files in the cache folder.
Typically it is all of the islands.
Same file names pretty much.
If it is empty then try the clear cache option again in the control panel and see if you have any files in there.
Your other islands show data so there must be something there.
The default path would be forums/cache.
