Okay I took a peek and I see some improvements.
But as a guest testing the shoutbox I get a message that states:
"You do not have permission to use shoutbox"
It does not look like a standard message from ubb because it is a popup dialog.
Might want to start with checking user settings for access:
Control Panel ยป Site Permissions
Can use the shoutbox
Can see the shoutbox
