It's nice that you are welcoming to community forums and it's helpful to know that you are using CloudLinux. With our current host, we felt certain that we were being penalized for errors being generated by other sites on the shared server, yet our requests for support were met with a series frustrating 'form letter' types of responses, which proved next to useless in helping us to resolve anything. We tolerated the slowdowns and things eventually improved (they probably moved the culprit site) but the experience left us with a desire to move. Your responsiveness here is a good sign. And you are right - we're not apt to reach 100GB in bandwidth anytime soon!
