It is now almost 3 hours and still closed so I'll take your advice and re-open the forum.
if it is still processing and the pages are refreshing and the numbers are progressing, then it is working.
if it is not doing any of that, then it is stalled, and it never completed.
these type of database rebuilding tools have no "working in background" options. they close your forums for a reason.
again, if your current page is not refreshing every two to five seconds while displaying indication of progress, then it is not doing anything.
