In general, no, of course not. But in THIS case, they just might be -- for the simple fact(?) that they're ignored by SE's (not confirmed yet - I'm just guessing). NO ONE here using Threads needs their Shout Box or Calendar or Recent Topics or Top Posters or Forum Stats or Newest Members indexed.
