In as much as Sir Dude has been handling my site for a couple of years now, I never find myself needing to submit support tickets or even visiting this forum very often.
I am also surprised that Sir Dude was involved in any ownership change. Because as far as I am concerned, they don't come any better. Most of my problems are resolved by SD with in hours of me contacting him.
I wish Rick the best in his new endeavors and best of luck to the new owners of UBB. You got some big shoes to fill.
