Yeah but look at what happened when the announcement came out, the guy wasn't even given a chance. I can understand the surprise but I say give him another month to get settled and see what happens.

The total lack of communication totally undermines confidence in this product. If it wasn't for the respect I have for SD, I would have bailed weeks ago.
As it is, I am taking my time and studying other products.
