I'm jealous, the farthest I've ever been away from home is a few days in Vegas. For the past 3 years I've been promising the wife a cruise of some sorts but something always seems to keep popping up.
Well a cruise can be a great experience depending on where you go and with whom. There are times when extended "out to sea" time can get boring if you don't have some good company along with you.
Take the time Rick, I'm sure you'll be glad you did.
