asked my server guys to update the server software from 18:00 last night - but for some reason they decided to do it at 08:30.
hehe I asked my boss to reboot the mail server at 7:00PM to reset a job so that backups would complete without failure while I was out of town. He logged in via VPN and rebooted it at 10:00PM (while the backup was already under way, needless to say it failed)
