Hey guys!! Ok, you all made me laugh, especially about the home renovations thing. I have to tell you - this is one woman who hates renovations as much as you all do. Better to buy a new home, in my opinion.

Normally the fairer sex are quite happy to get their blokes to to the hard work involved in the DIY aspect of home-repair. I know my wife is! Although this time I have to admit she's chipped in with the gloss-work (the bit I hate).
