Having lived in Lancashire for the last year, we have decided it is too cold! So moving south.....
Also due to the fact that my new property business is starting to take off and I need to be more south for the land deals and larger residential projects that I will deal in.
Our plan is to leave the UK for good within a couple of years.
Sadly we can only live in the USA for 6 months at a time, so we might buy something in Florida live there for 6 months in the summer and then spend the winter in Southern europe - or vice versa. I doubt we would get away with flying out of the US for a week and then back in again - we should be fine, but they might catch on after a year or two!
