Trust me on this one, i'm assuming you have been to liverpool in the past.

Be prepared for HUGE changes.
The city has or still is in parts the biggest construction site in Europe.

All these fantastic Ideas because its the "City of Culture 08"
and they cant afford to pay for it.

The changes are mixing the old and the new.
