Nothing if you stick with the defaults and don't add any. If you have a forum like mine where people LOVE using a lot of graemlins, the menu is VERY messy and doesn't work well with some browser versions.
I even tried "fixing" it myself, but I'm no developer. It was WAY too difficult for me to figure out. I wanted to make it so that when the graemlins button was clicked, a menu like the "moods" one comes up.
