I recently had nearly 20,000 spam emails over (about) 10 days.
Before moving to Google Apps I had ~20k+ spam per month, so I started filtering my mail through ChoiceMail One; had worked wonderfully... Google Apps though uses a more militant filtering system that I enjoy .
